Out of band device for remote network connections??

All,

Looking for some options for a device to use as an out-of-band network connection.

Essentially, if our network stops being accessible from outside, we want to have some way to get into the device and be able to manage the network, troubleshoot, rdp if need be..

We would be using Verizon mobile hotspots for its internet, just need a way to get the device on the network and accessible.
