Realtime Network Monitoring Windows Tool

Hi,

Before going mad searching a tool which monitors real time the network, I want to ask you if you know such a tool.

It must be a free realtime windows based, and various alerts should be set (service status, no ping response, CPU % RAM usage, etc).

Untill now I useless tried The Dude, Foglight, Total Network Monitor and something from Manage Engine.
