We attempt to go to www.blahbank.com and it times out. We can get to every other site we try but this one. It was working fine then...poooof... gone. It also doesn't work from any WiFi connected phone (which eliminates a computer addon issue). It's effecting every computer on the network.
To bypass the firewall we configured a computer and plugged it directly into the router with the routers public IP, unplugged the router and plugged in the computer. Still no luck. We ran a tracert and it drops at the website source IP.
Since we have a block of IP's, I incremented the IP up one and EVERYTHING works. When I take it back to the original IP that 1 site fails.
I have contacted the ISP (AT&T) and they told us that the website is dropping our packets at the source. So I contacted the website and they can't find why they would be or if they are blocking it (It's a large bank so they put in a request to their IT Department). I had them run a reverse trace back to us and all seems fine.
Anyone have any ideas as to why this would be occurring?
