Network setup advice

Hello,

I am a recent networking grad and am going to be volunteering my time @ a local non-profit helping set up their network stuff.

Here is the jist of what they would like to do:

1. Have two public wireless access points.
2. Have a private internet connection in office (no public access)
3. They will have 4 individual IP addresses from charter (ISP)

My first thought for the private internet connection in the office was a vlan on the switch. I also figured that since this is going to be a relatively small network, that all they would need for it would be a switch and no router. They also already have a wireless router (switch) from a previous building they would like to use as a public access point. I'm also thinking that charter (ISP) would be responsible for getting the IP's assigned to the correct destinations (wireless access point for instance) in the building.

Any advice you care to offer me here?

Thanks in advance.
