We have a Juniper router (about 5 years old) at our main office and cisco routers at our branch offices. The branch offices connect back via a site to site VPN with the routers also being the VPN device. Lately we have had issues with branch offices being disconnected and not being able to connect back via VPN. It only 1 office at a time, and it's random which office it is. To get the office back connected to the VPN we have to reboot the Juniper router and when it comes back up, the office that was down will connect and everything will work fine for a few days, and then the cycle starts over again with a different office. No changes have been made to the configuration of the routers. Could this be anything other than the Juniper going bad?
