NAT Rule

I have moved into a new building and changed the DNS settings  to the new IP. I have a Draytek Vigor 2830 VN router. For my exchange server to work i believe i have to set up a nat is this correct? 

if so how do i do that?

The ip of the exchange is 10.0.8.10
