Hello. I have 2 HP Pro Curve Switches, a 2650, a 2626-PWR and an E2620-24-PoEP. All 3 of my switches are giving me Status errors on different ports at different times, but all day every day. I am not sure if these are normal or not, but personally, i would like to not have them at all. Can anyone give me insight to if these are normal, if i should worry, and maybe how to fix them. Here are some of the errors:
On the 2650: Excessive jabbering; Excessive CRC/alignment errors; Full duplex mismatch
On the 2626-PWR: Excessive broadcasts, Loss of link
On the E2650-24-PoEP: Excessive CRC/Aligment; Loss of connection
I have replaced lines in the wall thinking it was a line errors, i have moved lines from one switch to another, and then the line and port will stop throwing errors for a while. Once i work with one port to get it to stop giving errors another port will give the same error. And then if i fix ALL of the ports so i dont get any errors at all, the next week the errors will come back. I don't have issues on the network, seems all is well, i just don't want this to cause some huge issue down the road. Attached is a screen shot of one of the switches
