ZyXEL 1910-24HP Issues

I have a client who recently bought 24 port managed switch, it's connected to a router, had a few poe cams on it, apple tv and a couple of other bits, say 10 connections in total.

Since installing this switch, the network keeps loosing itself and the internet connection, so the client has to reboot the switch, it may last 5mins, or a day, totally random. I've checked the configuration, and can't find anything out of the ordinary, interestingly, while the NTP is configured and enabled, the switch still shows 1970!
