I have our main router (a C-series Enterasys) set up with several vlans, one of which is our main vlan for this location and another which hosts some servers that are in a different subnet. I can ping anywhere from the main router, and I can ping the other vlan from my workstation, but I noticed yesterday that if I telnet into one of the other switches (which operate on the main vlan) I cannot ping anything on the other vlan.
The only thing I was able to find online were references to enabling ip forwarding, but I don't see an option for that on our switch model. Any thoughts? Our Enterasys switches work fine, but I have to say that it's a lot more difficult to find help online than it is for Cisco switches.
