Hello Spiceheads it has been a long time since I was out of the I.T. realm for a little while and was let go from my previous network.
However, I am back working on some small side jobs and came across something in the Event Viewer on Windows 7 Home Premium.
"The TCP/IP NetBIOS Helper service was successfully sent a stop control."
The user is describing a small issue that when he returns to his desk and his computer is sleeping. The internet service is not available for him to connect to the web and or use his Outlook.
Any notes that you can provide me or any similar issues would be great. Just looking to get any feedback from you guys.
