Hi,
I've a NetGear DNGD4000 router to be scanned by SpiceWorks.
When I made the first discovery SpiceWorks told me tha it cannot connect with my router. Therefore I tried to fix the problem specifying that SpiceWorks must connect throug HTTP and specifying username and password for connection.

SpiceWorks tries to connect but, after a while, it retuns with no information, as it was not able to perform the scan.

How can I fix it? Should I use something else than HTTP protocol?
