TeamViewer VPN - not able to ping remote partner IP

Hi All,

I setup a TeamViewer VPN using a Windows Server 2012 and a Windows 7 client.  It connects fine, shows packets movement (good sign) but I ping remote partner public IP and of course, I can't RDP into my device.

I'm at a lost as to what's causing this.   I've tried disable the firewall on the server as well removing A/V but same issue.
