For the longest time I can't seem to get my Cyberoam CR50i to prioritize VoIP properly on a shared pipe.
Problem always seem to occur when a device in the network downloads a big file. It seems to overtake the pipe causing VoIP to clip.
I've tried allocating bandwidth, packet priority, etc. in different scenarios but nothing seems to help.
I tried countless hours with their support have gone nowhere. As much as I like the box (feature wise), their support sucks big time.
Could this be related packet collision being on the same VLAN or is my config still not tweaked correctly? Currently the phone and PCs are on the same VLAN.
