We have a remote location in North Carolina that has 3 buildings. Currently, there is a wireless bridge between the two closest buildings using a Ubiquiti Nanobridge M2. We would like to incorporate the third building, but the building is probably 1.5 miles away from the main building. The other issue is that there is an overpass between the 2 sites (they are both on the same road and elevation, but the overpass might block some of the signal. What we are looking at purchasing is the Ubiquiti AirFiber product, which looks pretty sweet. The range is around 13 km, so that should be plenty for us. What we aren't sure about is if it needs direct line of sight or even near line of sight.
Has anybody else used this product before?
