I have been tasked with implementing a new VPN for the workplace. Management has put some very specific needs in place and the research I have done doesn't seem to bring me what I need to know.
1. Connect to the VPN from home without loosing local network access/shares
2. Restrictions on what certain people can access. e.g. Some staff need RDP to their workstations aswell as internal servers, whilst others should only be able to access their fileshares, email etc
3. Be able to run software through the VPN. We use an application called Spark internally for chat/file sharing purposes. Our SWDev department wants to be able to run a local install of it through the VPN to chat to others in the workplace.
4. Needs to be brain dead easy for management to use - this is the big one
One solution I have found is winsshd http://www.bitvise.com/winsshd. Was wondering if anyone has any further solutions or options I could look in to?
Thanks in advance
