Extreme networks Current AP's, what are they based on?

Good Morning All

I've been doig a fair bit of digging and can't see to find what unit the current set of AP's from Extreme Networks are based on, i.e. they used to just be re badged Motorola's? is that still the case or are they manufacturing their own now, if so what AP are they similar to?
