Hi Spiceheads,

I am newbie in networking.I am trying to build home lab.

My router is 192.168.1.X

My Vpshere client machine got two NICS,       one is          192.168.1.10

                                                                                 second is    10.1.1.10

My Esxi Host IP is 10.1.1.50

As you know that i can connect to my guest machines in Host through Esxi host ip 10.1.1.50.

My Vsphere Client got internet as one nic got 192.168.1.10 (my router is 192.168.1.X)

But i can't get internet to my guest machines in the Esxi, so that i can register evaluation copy of WIN 2008 r2.

However i can't get the internet in the guest machines because they are in 10.1.1.X network and my router is 192.168.1.X netw =ork.

Note: I got a spare router.

Can you please help me in getting the internet connection to my guest machines in the Esxi.

I would like to do it this way so that i can keep my lab and my vsphere client and other home pc's and laptop separate from my Lab network.
