Connecting Cat 5e to Rj11 4 pin connector which colors to use?

I need help connecting cat 5e cable to a 4 pin rj11 connector.  which colors do i use?  I'm using this cable for DSL.  My other end goes to the network interface box.  Which colors are used for TIP and RING? Diagrams would be helpful.  Please be specific.
