I have recently dug up an old printer from the abyss that is the storage room and need to hook it up. It is an old oki that plugs in through an Ethernet port. Thats not the problem. The problem is I need to make it printable from the network for 5 different computers spread across a few rooms. The real problem is that there are no Ethernet Ports in the walls of the various rooms. So I went out and got a Tp-Link WR700n mini pocket router for its client mode function. So i decide to set it up step by step from this tutorial.http://www.tp-link.com/en/article/?id=388
I reboot and make sure everything is to the T and nothing happens. We are running a 10.10.1.x network with a 255.255.255.0 subnet. I am trying to connect the mini router to a ruckus zf7352. My former boss did it in the past and left so I have no idea how to do this. Any ideas/suggestions other than throwing it out the window lol.
