Brief description on network: We have two offices. Our main office has a Cisco 2900 series router and our remote office has a SonicWall TZ105 router. Both have Server 2008 machines that are DC's. We have a site-to-site VPN connection between them which is working correctly. We have a client VPN connection (vpn.example.com) for remote users to connect to the network through our Cisco router to access our network resources.
We are trying to set up a second VPN connection at our remote office for workers to connect to (vpn2.example.com). This is for DR purposes in case our main office goes down. I am not really sure where to begin to accomplish this. When I try to connect to vpn2.example.com it says that it is not set up to establish a connection on port pptp with this computer. I believe I have all the Firewall and NAT rules setup correctly
Do I have to use the Global VPN client with the SonicWall? I can just set up a VPN connection in windows when dealing with the Cisco router.
