Best Router

I have a client I've recently acquired which is on the larger side for me.  Amount of users is around 30-40.  They have 45 data jacks, and 47 VoIP phones.  The network is a complete mess.  They are using a very old/slow Netgear Business class router.  Don't recall what it is exactly but I can look it up if anyone cares.  Point is, I believe their network is being bottle necked by this router.  I was looking at the SonicWall TZ 205 router.  They have two 48 Port Gigabit Netgear switches...one for the VoIP phones and one for data.  The guy they used before me setup the Netgear nighthawk (the one like the asus dark knight) as a "data router" and this POS netgear as the VoIP network.  the nighthawk runs on 172.0.0.x and the netgear biz class runs on 192.168.1.x.  I figure with the SonicWall I can setup two VLANs to accomplish the same thing right?  I want the router to have gigabit speeds.  I don't care about wireless as only a few iPhone's use it and I figure i can configure the Nighthawk as an Access Point if need be.  Any other router's you guys recommend that I check out besides the SonicWall?  Thanks guys!
