Cox Metro E configuration question

Hello we are switching over from Cox Business Internet (cable modem) to Cox Metro Ethernet fiber optic connection. I am hoping someone can help me wrap my head around how to configure the setup. We currently have a juniper router at our main branch and cisco routers at our remote offices. At all offices we currently have a wan interface that is assigned a public ip address and a lan interface that has a private ip address with in the private ip address subnet. Each office connects back over a vpn to the main office. My question comes from the fact that the metro Ethernet connection is a layer 2 connection and each office will no longer have a public ip address, just the main office will have a public ip address and direct internet access. Since each office won't have a public ip address, how do I assign addresses to the interfaces? Does anyone currently have Cox Metro E that can give me some insight on their configuration? I'm of course not asking for specifics, just some generalities to help me understand how this is going to work.
