Looking for a good support company that can look into our Cisco UCM. We know it is out outdated and in need retirement but like many we do not have the ability to replace it at this time.
Tasks:
- Need someone to troubleshoot issues calling from extension to extension and no audio on one end or the other.
- Need help figuring out how to link incoming phone lines with specific extensions.
- Have a group of extensions that needs a separate outgoing caller ID.
