Client has TDS for internet service. I installed a Buffalo Linkstation using their BuffaloNAS.com connectivity for employees to connect off network. Worked like a charm for quite a while, then stopped. Reconfigured port forwarding on the old router, had TDS bring out a newer router (the V1000H).
It doesn't matter what port combination I try every scan tells me the port is closed. I've had numerous tickets with TDS opened, had their techs tell me they don't support port forwarding, to call Actiontec. They hung up on my because I'm NOT a TDS tech
From EVERYTHING I can find in the GUI on the router the port forwards are correct. The TDS tech said they were correct. Both the router and the NAS have the latest firmware. . I'm stumped
