Meraki Switches randomly dropping poe budget to 0

I'm having a very weird issue with my brand new Meraki gear. We have had this gear less than 30 days and it looks like what is happening is the switches are randomly not providing POE power. I have 5 MS320-48FP and 1 MS220-24P Meraki switches. When I check the event log on these devices, I can see just about every day at random times that one of the switches changes its POE budget from the full 740w-0, then about a minute later it changes from 0-740w. This is pretty concerning as these are powering a number of production POE phones. Sometimes in the event log these events correspond with another event saying one of the redundant power supplies have been removed then reinserted, but not always. My first thought was that a power supply was going out on a switch, but this is happening across two locations and to all of these switches. Latest firmware is installed on these devices, and there stored in a locked up rack that only IT has the key to, so no user shenanigans where there unplugging a power supply or some other nonsense. I have contacted Meraki and in no uncertain terms explained that production switches cannot randomly drop POE power, but all I'm getting is the usual runaround, highest priority, engineering is looking at this, etc. Has anyone experienced anything similar with Meraki gear?
