Intermittent Connection to Terminal Server

Hello, everyone, am really stumped on the following issue:

Running a Terminal Server 2008 R2 in a VMWare environment. The Terminal Server also has a 'Shared Drive' on it where all users have access to it.

Have about 15 Terminal User's and around 7 Laptops which connect via Wireless.

Now what has been happening since Monday 3rd March, is that some Laptops (usually the two same one's, but not always), randomly not able to connect to the Terminal Server (at different times), get no reply's when pinging, yet can still connect to other servers fine. When this happens, other Laptops dont have any problems. And when this happens, after, maybe a minute or two the Laptops in question can ping / connect to the Terminal Server again.

Not picking-up anything in the Event-logs on the Server or Laptops, updated the NIC drivers on the Laptops, but still same problem. Only change that made on Terminal Server was installed SP2 for Office 2013 over the weekend, but don't see how that could be related to this problem? No other Windows updates were installed over the weekend.

Also reset the Network connection (WinSock Fix) on one of the Laptops, but to no avail...

Have also looked into the DNS Server on the DC which is SBS 2011, everything seems fine from what I can see...

Any suggestions?
