MAC address filtering on Networks

i have a problem on MAC address filtering on Networks.

i have 5 different access point in 5 building etch access point is insiad a building.

all of them are connected to Tp-link TD-W8970 ADSL Router.

i added a MAC address filtering in the TP-Link ADSL Router but its not working on the 5 access points only works on the TP-Link ADSL Router.

the problem is i have to add MAC address filtering in etch access point and this is hard.

is there a solution to add MAC's in one place
