This morning, we starting receiving complaints from users that their VMWare View sessions were getting disconnected, and they weren't able to log back in. After some trouble shooting, we've found that it appears the network drops, but it's not just our View systems that are having the problems. I started an endless ping on my local workstation, and about once a minute, the pings from 1ms to a little over 200, then to 100, then 50, then back to 1.
We have dual Nexus 7k cores setup in VPC and HSRP as the gateways, and didn't have any issues prior to Monday.
The only change we made on Sunday was replacing a switch and changing a secondary firewall system. We had a small number of issues on Monday, but things are falling apart fast today.
