Has anyone tested out the Verizon Wireless LTE Private Network as a replacement for VPN? We are looking at using this with WiFi hotspots as an alternative VPN clients for access to legacy corporate apps. I'm curious about increased latency or other performance delays. Also, my rep tells me that it's a one-time $750 setup fee with no recurring/monthly charges. What are the pitfalls of a Private Network over a VPN? Anyone have any experience with this kind of setup?
