Virgin line responding with odd ping when connected to Draytek router

Hi there!,

Just had a new virgin line installed (30down, 5up) and I'm getting some odd responses from the line.

we have 5 static ip addresses that came wit the new line.

if I ping say google.co.uk direct from my virgin hub I get a responce of about 26ms, if i ping the same address from my dreytek I get times of  170ms.

if I ping the primary virgin ip (hub) from another site i get 20ms, however if I ping one of the other static ip addresses the pings are in the 200ms

I think it may be time to switch the old Dreytek out (its a vigor 2930) but wanted to know if there's anything else I can look at to confirm that the routers had its day?
