Internet access for a non domain PC

Got an issue with a PC that was put in place in our manufacturing plant. The PC is from a third party, running Windows 7 with two NICs. One is internal to their setup and one is external to connect to the internet.

Problem is that I can see through the Network and Sharing Center that I have Internet access, but can not connect to a website. I have a question out to our network based firewall vendor to see if they might be blocking it, but I'm at a loss to what might be going on.

This PC is not on our domain, but has grabbed an IP from our DHCP server. I know we have had laptops come into our wireless network and get access to the internet without being on our domain. Any suggestions are much appreciated.

Thanks.
