So what would the typical spicehead consider to be a reasonable MTTR on a Verizon T1?
Entering day 4 of an outage, with the LEC pointing both upstream and downstream, alternately claiming AT&T is at fault ("multiple t3's are down, and we had a tech clean the jack") and that our verizon provided CPE is at fault.("check your cabling and power cycle it")
Sadly the facility is in the middle of nowhere, to the point where the local ISP's offer you Satellite internet when you ask them what they have, or we would have already been off this thing.
We are currently at one nine of reliability this year, with 0 nine's coming up, and that's without me checking how long the other outages this year have occurred. Will 89 count as a nine? :)
