SNOM Phone and OpenVPN Routing Issue on local LAN

Hey All,

So I need some help with getting a snom phone that establishes a vpn via OpenVPN to see the local LAN at a client site so it can communicate with the Switchvox PBX phone server. Information is as follows:

*Client Lan (where phone server resides): 192.168.12.0/24

*Switchvox server: 192.168.12.9

*Server running openVPN: 192.168.12.4

*Virtual network adapter created by OpenVPN: 10.8.0.1

*OpenVPN LAN: 10.8.0.0 with mask 255.255.255.252

*Endpoint LAN where snom phone is located (satellite office): 192.168.1.0/24

I've practiced creating openvpn connections so I know my certificates are correct, but the SNOM phone needs to be able to see the 192.168.12.0 LAN at the main office so that it can communicate with the switchvox server. I imagine I need to add some static routes on the routers/windows server? I've tried adding a couple on my own, but couldn't quite get it.

From what I can tell, the routing table on the server needs to know that packets from the 10.8.0.0 opevnvpn subnet can be routed to 192.168.12.0 and vice versa.

If all else fails, I could bridge the NICS on the server, but I feel a route would be more elegant/manageable (once its working).

Thanks!!
