So, we have been having various issues with our Exchange 2010 server. As of recently, it will get to a point where it will stop sending and receiving mail and a reboot is required.
One of the weird things that i just stumbled across is when i ping the server, every other ping is high in latency. I am thinking that possibly a default route for this server is sending the 1/2 of the traffic out (and back in) vs staying on the LAN.
Has anyone seen this and possibly any pointers where to look? Or is this normal for an Exchange server?
