Computers in different subnets can't see each other

My servers are located in Subnet A (datacenter) - Desktops PCs are located in Subnet B

This is a Active Directory setup - Everything works perfect such as all AD features, file-servers, all apps associated with my servers, pings, DNS (I can ping by DNS name or IP with not problems), etc..

The problem is when I browse my network in Windows Explorer > Network

Each subnet can list all PCs associated with their subnet. So my servers can list the others server but cant see/list the clients and  vice versa.

Could this be some a network device dropping packets or some setting on the AD? Just looking to get an idea what can cause this issue.
