trying to wrap my head around what to do for my customer. several of the vendors they email are starting to reject their email as spam telling us their emails were blacklisted. id check the mail servers and everything was fine every time. recently I discovered it was the building ips ip that is blacklisted causing the issue. it's a typical business class cable isp with dynamic ip. I could have them get a stati ip. I'm asking if there is a standard practice to deal with this type of problem.
