een having an issue for a while at a remote site - their IPSec tunnel back to head office randomly drops out. However, the router @ HQ end still reports that the connection is connected and as such won't reconnect.
Brach office take Remote Desktop through mstsc. Now thing is that from last week Client side Remote Desktop is Drop out.

We delete IPSec tunnel from Cyberroam and Cisco but still problem is there.
At present Dead peer detection is off, but has been active in the past, making no difference.
Any suggestions???
