Hi, I have a Windows Server 2008 DC on a Hyper-V VM that is set as my authoritative time server. My time was off by 2 minutes and has slowly been drifting off, and now is almost 4 minutes off from what it should be.
I have gone over the steps from http://support.microsoft.com/kb/816042 3 times to make sure I have everything set right with no luck to correct the issue.
