It appears the FCC has approved an extra 100 MHz worth of bandwidth for the 5 GHz WiFi frequencies: http://arstechnica.com/tech-policy/2014/03/more-wi-fi-is-better-fcc-expands-use-of-5-ghz-spectrum/
While that doesn't sound like a Big Deal because of all the channels available in 5G, it becomes more of an issue when you are using 80 MHz channels in that space. Things will get crowded... Eventually.
Of course, most of my users are still on 2.4 GHz, and there's simply no help there!
