So two resellers have gotten through to the owners of our company claiming they can save us 40% on our telecom needs. I deal directly with AT&T on everything ranging from T1 and MPLS to voice and fiber Internet services. I have an entire account team of been dealing with for years and I'm very happy with all of them. The pricing is also very good to this far as AT&T goes compared to CLECs. I'm scared that the resellers will come in and want to push no-name carriers and I'll be stuck managing a nightmare. Has anyone else had experience with this? They claim to offer single point of contact and consolidated billing. What I don't want to happen is a man in the middle episode to wear I will not be able to reach the engineers who can thoroughly resolve my problem. I also don't want to be stuck with second class networks to save a few bucks. If you have any experience with these types of things please post. Thanks all.
