Im seeing that my buffalo NAS is using around 70mb/s and it is slowing down our network. When the system is off im getting <1ms ping, but when the NAS is running its in the 115 range(To our server). No one in the office is using the NAS, as the only purpose it serves is for backup.
The NAS is on the same switch as the server (100mb).
I have a wireshark capture, but no idea on what to look for. Any nudges in the right direction would be great.
