Can I give one user two different access rights?

I might be missing something obvious here but is it possible to allow a user domain access to shared folder when they're logged in locally but more limited access when they're logged in as the same user via Citrix?

(Would help prevent users browsing the entire shared folder structure from the safety of their own home.)
