Yesterday I had my outside IT guys come in a terminate an new Cat 5 cable for me. Afterwards the user informs me that he does not have a connection to the internet or network. I called the outside IT guys back up and they tried to troubleshoot it. They redid the ends, tested it with a testing device (came back good), and test the cable in 2 other computers. Works fine in the 2 other computers. Connect it to the computer that it needs to go to, doesn't work. Try a cable from the next closest Network plug the computer that has the issue works fine. Any thoughts?
