We have a Cisco 2511 that our ISP (CBeyond) owns and manages. They setup the Cisco to have MPLS tunnels to our remote sites. One the sites (about 20 miles away) is losing their connection to our main office here multiple times a day. They lose all mapped drives and DNS fails. After rebooting their PCs, everything is back to normal. Any ideas on what could be causing this? I have a trouble-ticket in with CBeyond, but their support is awful and slow.
Noteworthy, we have 4 thin-clients at this site that don't seem to be having issues. Also, I can run a continuous ping (for hours) from our DC to PCs at the site and vice-versa and I haven't seen it fail even once yet.
