Local Area Connection Doesn't Have Valid IP Config

I have a computer that is getting the message Local Area Connection Doesn't Have Valid IP Config this week. It worked fine last week and no other computers on my network are having this issue. I also moved this computer to a different port and it connected to the network just fine. Any ideas? In kind of a rush to fix this and am lost.
