Office has a SBS 2011 server
To connect to the internet I use SBOX and ISDN modem
The internet bandwidth is 30MB
3 users are connecting from outside the office starting at 6:00 am with rdp connection to a terminal server.
At 7:30 / 8:00 office users are starting to work and sometimes at the same time the remote users are having a lot of disconnection (every few seconds) the problem solved when restarting the modem.
- Modem already replaced
-ISP provider check all they can
I guess one of the computer inside the office making this problem but I realy do not know how to check it...
Maybe I need some monitoring tool to see which of the PCs is the trouble maker.
