Routing in new network

I’m at the point in my current project where I need some help. We have had fiber endpoints installed in all of our locations with the goal of having one large network and running VOIP with an Elastix server at Site A. I was told that the fiber provider has created a VLAN for us so I’m thinking we’ll just see this as a big L2 domain that we need to separate at L3 with routers at each location. Sound right so far? Maybe?

I think I’ve got the network and vlans figured out for each location (it's currently working at Site A), I just don’t know the best way to make everyone talk over our new shiny fiber network. I’ve been a fan of Ubiquiti wireless gear in the past so I picked up 3 of their new edgemax routers to play with but after hooking one up and poking around, I realized it’s not going to be as easy as I thought. I guess what I need now is for someone to point me in the right direction and say “go look over there” Should I be using static routes? RIP? OSPF? LMNOP v2.0? Anything else glaring that I'm obviously missing?

Here are the details: HP 2910al poe switches everywhere

Two larger offices (50-100 users each) – 100mbs endpoints
Site A - 10.10.0.0/22 – with qty.4 /24 subnets – Internet circuit, AD, most server stuff here
Site B – 10.20.0.0/22 – with qty.4 /24 subnets - AD-RODC will be here plus a few other servers

Five smaller offices (2-10 users each) – 20mbs endpoints
Site C – 10.90.5.0/24
Site D – 10.90.6.0/24
Site E – 10.90.7.0/24
Site F – 10.90.8.0/24
Site G – 10.90.9.0/24
