QNX host losing connection to printers

We have a QNX host on our network that our users connect to for our inventory tracking system. It has a static IP and is in our DMZ which is routed through our Watchguard firebox. We have Dell switches on our network a few 27xx series unmanaged ones and a few 55xx series managed ones. We also have Dell Aruba 105 wireless access points. Last Friday I did a firmware update to the Aruba access points and noticed over the weekend we were having a lot of networking issues. On Monday I did ping tests and I was getting a lot of packet loss in various locations throughout the network. We've had similar problems in the past due to rogue switches on the network so I didn't immediately connect it to the WAPs that were updated. After a while of troubleshooting we tried unplugging the WAPs and the problem went away. I tried messing with the firmware but every time I plugged them in it was causing issues and the points themselves were not behaving well. I downgraded them to an earlier firmware, factory reset it and configured them both from ground up. All seemed well for a little while. Right now the pings through the network look good. Less than 2ms responses no packet loss, but the QNX host keeps losing ping ability to one of our printers. I can ping the printer no problem with my Windows box but from the QNX host it cannot ping the printer when the problem occurs. It seems that rebooting the printer does fix the problem temporarily but it always loses the ability to communicate. Right now I have both access points powered off and I'm seeing if the problem is still happening. I have a feeling it has something to due with ARP tables. I don't understand why the QNX box is so much more sensitive to network changes than every other network device. Has anyone experienced anything like this? Any ideas what is happening or how I can troubleshoot?

Thanks,

Dave
