We are installing 12 Polycom 550 and will be powered by Cisco SG200 PoE 24-port (100 watts). Can someone please check my settings below and tell me if I have this right:
Properties:
Power Mode: Port Limit
PoE Settings (Ports 1-12):
PoE Administrative Status:Enabled
Power Priority Level: Critical
Administrative Power Allocation: 6500mW (still trying to verify if this is the max power draw per phone)
Max Power Allocation: 7500mW (I believe this defaults to a value depending on what you input for admin power allocation)
***Additional questions:***
1. Is it better to allocate or let the switch detect by enabling "Class Limit" instead of "Port Limit"?
2. Will enabling "Green Ethernet/Power Saving feature" affect the phone's functionality?
