I just switched our internet service from a 10 x 10 connection to a 100 x 20 connection. we have a juniper 2350 router with gigabit ethernet port. when connected directly to the modem via a laptop I get 120 down and 24 up. when connected to the router I only get about 20 down and 20 up. Any suggestions as to what to look for? I had a similar issue with another office using Cisco equipment and it was because the wan port only handled a 10 meg connection so thats all I could get, but this router should handle a full gig.
